About Loftsnug

These terms apply to purchases from the Loftsnug online store at loftsnug.com. Contact us at support@loftsnug.com for product, order, or policy questions. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Orders and product information

Please review the product description, included items, dimensions when available, price, and delivery information before ordering. Product colors may appear differently on different screens. Do not assume that a product fits every dog; contact us for sizing information if you are unsure.

You must have legal capacity to place an order, or act with permission from someone who does. Please provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact details. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the canceled items.

If a material pricing or product-description error affects an unshipped order, we will explain it and give you the option to accept the corrected offer or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless clearly indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before you complete payment. Payments are handled through the payment services available at checkout. Do not email us payment card details.

Shipping, cancellation, and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds. These policies form part of the terms for your purchase. Contact us promptly with any order issue. Supplier or carrier procedures do not replace your rights against Loftsnug.

Product use

Use the kit gently and supervise your dog. Do not force a paw into the cup. Stop use if your dog shows discomfort or irritation. The kit is a cleaning accessory, not a treatment for injuries or medical conditions. Follow any care instructions supplied with the product.

Website use and content

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. Store content is owned by Loftsnug or used with permission; third-party rights remain with their owners. Product reviews or other content you submit should be truthful and should not infringe anyone else's rights. We will seek permission before using customer photos or testimonials in our marketing.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store or place an order.

Legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require you to waive statutory consumer protections or accept store credit instead of a refund you are entitled to receive.
